DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) is a standard that allows senders to sign their email messages and ISPs to use those signatures to verify that those messages are legitimate and have not been modified by a third party in transit.

Using DKIM a recipient can verify that the email wasn't forged which makes it less likely that it will be treated as spam. Adding DKIM records is highly recommended.

DKIM records will be provided to you by Barilliance and need to be added to your domain's DNS records. The exact method for adding them depends on who provides your DNS services, in most cases this means logging into your domain registrar and updating the record using their control panel.

Barilliance will send the records to be added as a file in CSV format. You'll need to add 3 CNAME records with the name and value as they appear in the CSV file.

If you did not receive DKIM records from Barilliance and are interested in adding them please contact us at support@barilliance.com
