Working with the users management panel

The Users Management panel allows you to adjust the access level of your account users and invite new users:

Where to find the Users Management panel:

Note: this feature is not enabled by default. To use it you must ask Barilliance to activate at least one user as users admin.

  1. Open the "Settings" section from the Barilliance admin panel

  2. From the left pane, click "Users" under "Account Information"


Editing user permissions

Clicking a user will reveal the sites they have access to along with their individual permissions:

You can also remove users from a site in particular or all sites together should they no longer have access.

Inviting new users

You can find the invite users box at the bottom of the users list

To invite a user enter her email address and click 'invite new user'

This will send an email to the user with invite link to the registration page. Once the user finalizes the registration they will be associated with the current website and will appear in your Allowed Users list. Their default permissions will allow them to activate and edit rules but not edit users and export data. you can change it after they register. Invite is valid for 7 days.

To check if the user has registered check the users list on the website where the user has been invited from.

Associating a user to additional sites

An invited user is only associated to the specific site where the invite was sent from.
To add the user to more of your sites go the the users management section in settings and enter the user email in the email address box.

This will show you the sites the user is associated with. To add sites find them in the select site section and click Add.
