If you expect to see a message but it's not being displayed it means that the system simply decided not to display a message at that instance. Either because the conditions for the message weren't fulfilled or as part of the optimization process.

The Barilliance Live! feature continuously tests the messages and their frequency against different segments of visitors and attempts to optimize when, how often and to who the messages will be displayed. The end goal is to only display messages that have a positive impact.

Note: Unless you require a different design for different messages we recommend to consolidate the Live! rules into as few rules as possible. This will make the optimization process more effective and efficient

Note 2: The "Hurry! only 2 left !" message requires the product feed to include information about the number of items in stock for each product
